A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FROM
SPING AND YING LIN FOR A SUBDIVISION OF HIS PROPERTY
•
RESOLVED, That Sping and Ying Lin, 1785 Fairview, is the owner of certain
real estate located in the City of Falcon Heights is an R-1 zoning, and
RESOLVED, That the owner has requested subdivision of said real estate
pursuant to City Code of Said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following parcel be subdivided:
PARCEL "A"
The South Ninety Six and Thirty Eight Hundredths Feet (96.38') of the North
One Thousand Three Hundred Forty Five and Fourteen Hundredths Feet
(1,345.14') of the East Two Hundred Ninety and Seven Tens Feet (290.7')
of the Southwest One .Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township
Twenty Nine North (29), Range Twenty Three West (23), according to the
United States Government Survey thereof, subject to Fairview Avenue.
PARCEL "B"
The South Ninety Six and Thirty Eight Hundreds Feet (96.38') of the
North O~.e Thousand Three Hundred Forty Five and Fourteen Hundredths
Feet (.1,345.14') of the East Thirty (30) acres of the Southwest One
Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Twenty Nine North
(29), Range Twenty Three LJest (23), according to the United States
Government Survey Thereof, except the West Nineteen Feet (19')
thereof for road easement and except the East Two Hundred Ninety
and Seven Tenths feet (290.7') thereof.
