A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE GRANTING OF A SPECIAL DEFERRAL
PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 435.194 (SENIOR
CITIZEN HARDSHIP) TO OWNER OF PROPERTY CODED 22-29-23-21-0177
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has determined
the owner of the property coded 22-20-23-21-0177 (1367 Hoyt) is eligible
for a hardship deferral as provided in Resolution R-86-41.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights
that the special assessment assigned to the property coded 22-29-23-21-0177,
1367 West Hoyt, for Improvement Project 86-2 Hamline Avenue, is hereby
deferred subject to the following conditions:
1. Interest payments ou the principal amount shall be
included in the tax rolls completed in 1986 and shall
be payable together with taxes due and payable in
1987 and in each year thereafter, and

2. The option to defer the payment of special assessments
shall terminate and all amounts shall become due upon
the sale, transfer, or subdivision of all or any part
of the property, loss of homestead status on the property,
or determination by the Council for any reason that
there would be no hardship to require immediate or partial
payment.
