A RESOLUTION RELATING TO OPERATION OF PRE-EMPTION SYSTEM AT
SNELLING AND LARPENTEUR AVENUES
RESOLVED, That the .City of Falcon Heights enter into an agreement with
the state of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, for the following
purposes:
For the revision, maintenance, operation, and removal
of Emergency Vehicle Traffic Control Signal Pre-emption
Systems by State forces on a reimbursable basis at
intersections in the City in accordance with this
agreement, a copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City
all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
