A P.ESOLUTION RELATING TO CHANGING THE ELECTION PRECINCT BOUNDARY BETWEEN
PRECINCT NUMBER 1 AND PRECINCT NUMBER 3
RESOLVED, That after notice has been posted in the Office of the Municipal
Clerk for at least 60 days, the following change will take effect:
The area of precinct number 3 lying west
of Snelling Avenue and south of Garden
Avenue will become part of precinct number
1 eliminating the western boundary of Fry
Street and the. northern boundary of Garden
Avenue and leaving the only boundary between
precinct number 1 and precinct number 3 at
Snelling Avenue.
FURTHER RESOLVED, That at least 30 days prior to the next election, all
registered voters in the affected area will receive written notice of the
change.
