C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N
Date April 10, 1985
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT TO PROTECT AND
MANAGE THE SOUTHWEST RAMSEY COUNTY WATERSHED
RESOLVED, That the City Council of Falcon Heights approves the Joint Powers
Agreement with St. Paul, Regents of the University of Minnesota, and the
Minnesota State Fair Board.
•
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk Administrator be authorized
to sign said agreement in behalf of the City of Falcon Heights.
