A RESOLUTION RELATING TO ORDERING THE CITY ENGINEER TO PREPARE
A FEASIBILITY STUDY AND PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PROPOSED
TATUM STREET IMPROVEMENTS
RESOLVED, That the Council adopted an Ordinance .establishing a general policy
relating to local improvements and special assessments therefore in July,
1985: and
RESOLVED, That the City Council acting pursuant to this policy wishes to examine
the feasibility of a storm sewer and street improvement project in the Tatum
Street section of the City;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota orders the City Engineer to prepare a feasibility study and plans and
specifications for the proposed Tatum Street improvements.
