A RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE FEASIBILITY STUDY,
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE
TATUM STREET IMPROVEMENTS
RESOLVED, That the Council adopted an ordinance establishing a general policy
relating to local improvement such as storm sewers and special assessments
therefore in July, 1984; and
RESOLVED That the City Council acting pursuant to this policy wishes to examine
the feasibility of a storm sewer and street reconstruction project in the Tatum
Street section of the City; and
RESOLVED, That the City received a feasibility report dated April 22, 1985,
from its engineer Robert G. Schunicht regarding a need for a feasibility of the
storm water and street reconstruction project;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Falcon
Heights, Minnesota will give notice and hold a hearing in accordance with
Minnesota Statutes Section 429.031 to further discuss whether to order the
improvements discussed above.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
DATE AND TIME: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 8:00 p.m.
on June 12, 1985 at City Hall, 2077
West Larpenteur Avenue, Falcon Heights,
Minnesota a public hearing will be held
to consider improvements on Tatum Street.
IMPROVEMENTS: Such improvements shall include the
installation of storm sewer and street
reconstruction on Tatum Street.
•
COST: The estimated cost to Falcon Heights of
the improvements is $493,320. The area
to be assessed includes the following
parcels as identified by the Ramsey County
Assessor:
AREA PROPOSED TO
BE ASSESSED: 16-29-23-24 parcels 0041 - 0070 and
0073 and 0074; 16-29-23-31 parcels
0027 - 0060.
