A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FROM RAYMOND F.
BROWN FOR A SUBDIVISION OF HIS PROPERTY
RESOLVED, That Raymond F, and Concha D. Brown, 1844 Tatum Street, is the
owner of certain real estate located in the City of Falcon Heights in an
R-1 zoning, and
RESOLVED, That the owner has requested subdivision of said real estate
pursuant to City Code of said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following parcel be subdivided:
Tract 1
No. 75' of So. 150 ft. of E 1/3 of N 1/2 of W 1/2 of East 60 acres of
SW 1/4 (subject to easements)- in Section l6, Township 29, Range 23
Tract 2
• So. 75 ft. of the So. 150 ft. of E 1/3 of N 1/2 of W 1/2 of East 60
acres of SW 1/4 (subject to easements) in Section 16, Township 29, Range
23
