A RESOLUTION RELATING TO ORDERING THE CITY ENGINEER TO PREPARE
A FEASIBILITY STUDY AND PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE LARPENTEUR
AVENUE - COFFMAN STREET UTILITIES AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS

RESOLVED, That the Council adopted an ordinance establishing a general policy
relating to local improvements such as utilities and special assessments therefore
in July of 1984; and
RESOLVED, That the City Council acting pursuant to this policy wishes to examine the
feasibility of a utility improvement project on Larpenteur Avenue between Cleveland
Avenue and the University of Minnesota Golf Course Club and utility and a street
reconstruction project on Coffman Street between Larpenteur Avenue and Folwell;
RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights orders its City
Engineer to provide a feasibility study and plans and specifications for the
proposed Larpenteur Avenue-Coffman Street improvements.
