A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE CALLING OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON A TAX
INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN
RESOLVED, That the City of Falcon Heights has heretofore formed Development District
No. 1 and Tax Increment Financing District No. 2 (Housing District No. 2) within
Development District No. 1 in the City and it has been proposed that the City amend
the tax increment financing plan previously adopted for Development District No. 1
and Tax Increment Financing District No. 2, establish and adopt a tax increment
financing plan therefor in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 273.71 to
273.78 and Chapter 472A (collectively the "Act");
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights
that a public hearing on said proposal will be held at the time and place set
forth in the hearing notice hereto attached and incorporated herein by reference.
The Clerk-Administrator is authorized and directed to cause such Notice of
Hearing to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City at
least once not less than 10 days or more than 30 days prior to the date of hearing
and to cause a copy of such notice to be mailed to the County Auditor of Ramsey
• County and the School Board Clerk of Independent School District No. 623 and
the School Board Clerk of Special Intermediate School Board No. 916.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the
"Council") of the City of Falcon Heights, County of Ramsey,
State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday,
June 26, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall, 2077 Larpenteur
Avenue, Falcon Heights, Minnesota, relating to additional
development activities within Development District No. 1 (the
"Development District") and Tax Increment Financing District
No. 2 (the "Tax Increment Financing District") pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 472A, as amended, and Minnesota
Statutes, Sections 273.71 to 273.78, inclusive, as amended.
The hearing is also relative to modification of the City's tax
increment financing plan for the Tax Increment Financing
District, copies of which will be on file and available for
public inspection at the City Hall.
.The parcels included in the Tax Increment Financing
District are within the Development District and are more
specifically described in the proposed Tax Increment Financing
Plan. They include:
• Owner Description
University of Approximately 6 1/2 acres in size
Minnesota located at the SE corner of the
intersection of Coffman Street and
Larpenteur Avenue.
Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to
the above items will be heard at this meeting.
