A RESOLUTION RELATING TO ORDERING THE CITY ENGINEER TO PREPARE A
FEASIBILITY STUDY AND PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE LINDIG AVENUE
UTILITY EXTENSION
RESOLVED, That the Council adopted an ordinance establishing a general policy
relating to local improvements such as utilities and special assessments
therefore in July, 1984; and
RESOLVED, That the City Council acting pursuant to this policy wishes to
examine the feasibility of a storm drainage improvement project on Lindig
Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Falcon
Heights orders its Gity Engineer to provide a feasibility study and plans
and specifications for the proposed Lindig Avenue storm drainage improvement
projects.
