A RESOLUTION RELATING TO RESCINDING RESOLUTION R-85-37 AND AWARING AUSTIN
P. KELLER CONSTRUCTION CO. THE CONTRACT FOR IMPROVEMENTS - LARPENTEUR AVENUE/
COFFMAN STREET/TATUM STREET/LINDIG STREET/FORD STREET RIGHT OF WAY

RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has advertised
for bids and received the following:
1. Austin P. Keller Construction $587,656.00
2. Arcon Construction Co. $588,063.70
3. Orfei & Sons $593,831.87
4. C. W. Houle $678,800.85
5. Barbarossa & Sons $680,719.20
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council moved to ward the bid for the above mentioned
project to Austin P. Keller Construction in the amount of $587,656.00.
