A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM DEBT SERVICE FUND
TO THE CONSTRUCTION FUND (FINANCING DISTRICT N0. 1 IN DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT N0. 1)
RESOLVED, That the City Council of Falcon Heights directs the City Treasurer to
transfer Surplus funds created by interest earned on the Tax Increment funds
for construction of certain improvements in Development District No. 1 of Tax
Increment District No. 1 which were inadvertently deposited in the Debt
Service Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council directs the City Treasurer to
transfer $23,915.25 from the above mentioned account to the Construction
.Account.
