A RESOLUTION RELATING TO CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER
IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ALLEY NORTH OF LARPENTEUR AVENUE BETWEEN
SNELLING DIRVE AND ARONA STREET
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, has,
pursuant to its local improvement ordinance and applicable Minnesota
law directed the preparation of a feasibility study, plans and
specifications and the advertisement for bids for improvements to the
alley between Snelling Drive and Arona Streets north of Larpenteur
within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hold a public hearing to determine
whether to order said improvements as required by state law;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Cod cil of the City of
Falcon Heights, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing in accordance with
Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.031 to receive public input and form
a judgment on whether to order the above descrived improvements at
7:30 P.M. on Wednesday, October 9, 1985 at City Hall within the City
of Falcon Heights.

IMPROVEMENTS TO ALLEY JUST NORTH OF LARPENTEUR
BETWEEN SNELLING DRIVE AND ARONA
WITHIN THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
TIME AND PLACE:. Notice is hereby given that the City Council
of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota will
meet in the City Hall at 2077 West Larpenteur
Avenue in Falcon Heights, Minnesota at 7:30
p.m. on Wednesday, October 9, 1985 to
consider ordering the repair of the alley
north of Larpenteur between Snelling Drive
• and Arona within the City of Falcon Heights.
The purpose of the hearing will be to
receive and review a report of the city
engineer regarding the need for and scope
of any proposed improvements, the estimated
costs to be incurred in conjunction therewith
and an analysis of the benefit to property
in the area.
