C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N
Date December 19, 1985
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACCEPTING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR
THE FALCON HEIGHTS OFFICE PARK
RESOLVED, THAT
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights is in the process of issuing industrial
development bonds for the Falcon Heights Office Park being developed by
Stratford Investments, Ltd.;
WHEREAS, a development agreement must be in place before the land for
the project is purchased;
WHEREAS,. a development agreement has been prepared and is now before the
Council from the City of Falcon Heights;
NOW,. THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Falcon
Heights hereby authorizes the Mayor and Clerk-Administrator to execute
the development agreement currently before it and to make any revisions
necessary upon consultation with legal counsel.
