.,~ Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council
of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 11th of January,
1984.
The following members were present: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Chestovich,
Ciernia, Baldwin, and Hard and the following were absent:
None.
Councilmember Chestovich introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:

FALCON HEIGHTS
wHERr~AS, the City of Falcon Heights does not have a bank within its
boundaries, and in the pant has designated North Star State Bank, Roseville,
as its depository for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights,
Now TH ' 'FO1tE, ~ IT ttE.`~OLVEli, by the City Council of the City of
Falcon Heights: That the North Star State Bank of Roseville be designated
as depository for the funds of the City of Fa1;on Heights, and the City
Treasurer is authorized to deposit general and other funds therein.

Star State Bank as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Ciernia and upon a vote being taken thereon, the follow-
ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Chestovich, Ciernia
Baldwin and Hard and the following voted against the same:
None.
