Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council
of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 11th day of
January, 1y84.
The fo~.owing members were present: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Chestovich,
Ciernia, Baldwin. anal Hard and the following were absent:
None.
Councilmember Chestovichintroduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:

HEIGHTS
wHEnEA~, the City of Falcon Heights does not have a bank within its
boundaries, and in the past has designated the Roseville State Bank of
Roseville, Minnesota, as its depor~itory for the funds of the City of
Falcon Heights,
NOW THF~'ORE, BED I`i' HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Falcon Heights: That the Roseville State Bank be designated as depository
for the Liquor Funds of the City of Falcon Heights and the City Treasurer
is authorized to deposit liquor funds therein.
' BE IT FURTHER. KESOLVED, that collateral shall be furnished by the
Roseville State Bank as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Ciernia and upon a vote being taken thereon, the follow-
ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Chestovich, Ciernia
Baldwin anal Hard and the following voted against the same:
None.
