The following members were present: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Chestovich, Ciernia, Baldwin anal Hard and the following were absent: None. Ma or E ert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptiongg RESOLUTION 84-3 A HE~OLUTION ttEGAttllING THE ,AFETY LEP05I`f 30X AT THE NOxTH SAAR STATE BANK WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights leases a safety deposit box at the North Star State Bank, 1820 North Lexington, Koseville, NOw THrit~:F'OKE, BE I`i' H~;BY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, that the continued leasing of a safety box in the 5af e Deposit ©aults of the North Star State Bank, Roseville, Minnesota, be authorized and confirmed for the calendar year 1y84, and, BE IT FUkTHr;R 1t1;50LVED, that authority to have access to said safety deposit box until the first day of January, 198it, and to remove arty part or all of the contents, is hereby given to the following: Ronald C. Eggert, Mayor, City of Falcon Heights Dewan B. Barnes, Clerk Administrator, Treasurer, City of Falcon Heights The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Gouncilmember Chestovich. and upon a vote being taken thereon, the follow- ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Chestovich, Ciernia, Baldwin and Hard Arid the following voted against the same: None. wHE1cEUPON, the resolution was de~ared passed and adopted. `L ~ onald C.
