Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the City Council
of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 29th day of February,
1984. '
The following members were present: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Ciernia,
Baldwin, Hard and Chestovich, and the following members were absent: None.
Councilmember Baldwin introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION 84--6
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST OF MARIE
NODLAND FOR A SUBDIVISION OF HER PROPERTY
WHEREAS, Marie Nodland, 1749 N. Fairview, is the owner of certain real estate
located in the City of Falcon Heights in an R-1 zoning, and
WHEREAS, said owner has requested subdivision of said real estate pursuant to
Ordinance No. 69 of said City,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following parcel be subdivided:
The south 94.76 feet of the North 1913.7 feet of the east
490 feet of the SW i/4 of Section 16, T29N, R23W. Subject
to New Brighton Road,
and the western tract shall be as follows:
The south 94.76 feet of the north 1913.7 feet of the east
490 feet of-the SW 1;14 of Section 16 TN29, R23W, except the
east 290.7 feet thereof. Subject to Lindig Street, Ramsey
County, MN
The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
Hard and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Ciernia, Baldwin, Hard and Chestovich
and the following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
