Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of June,
1984.
The following members were present: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers
Ciernia, Baldwin, Hard, and Chestovich, and the following were absent: None.

Mayor Eggert introduced the following resolution and moved its
RESOLUTION 84-20
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR LARPENTEUR AVENUE MAIN IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TO BE OPENED AT
10:00 A.M., JULY 11, 1984
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted. the plans and
specifications for the Larpenteur Avenue Water Main Improvement between
Cleveland and Fairview, to be financed by tax increment financing,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights
hereby approves the plans and specifications and shall consider bids on
July 1~., 1984.
The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hard, and upon a vote being taken the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Ciernia, Baldwin, Hard and
Chestovich., and the following voted against the same. None.
WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared d~ passed and adopted.
