CITY OF FALCON HEIGHT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 25th
day of July, 198l~.
The following members were present: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers
Chestovich, Ciernia and Hard, and the following were absent: Baldwin. Mayor
Eggert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 81~-22
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE 1984 SEAI,COATING-
ALL STREETS YuEST OF SHELLING AND YvALKi~vAY TO
THE SDUTH OF FALCON w00D5~3
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Falcon Heights had advertised
for bids to sealcoat streets west of Snelling and the walkway to the
South of Falcon Woods#3, and
WHF.~REAS, the following bids were presented at bid opening at
2:00 P.M., July 25, 1984:
Walkway to South

Midwest Asphalt $25,370.00 $2,050.00
3ituminous Roadways, Inc. $27,984.00 ~2,7k6.l~0
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I T RESOLOED, by the City C ounc i1 of the City of
Falcon Heights that the bid be awarded to Buffalo Bituminous, Box 337, Buffalo,
Minnesota 55313, to sealcoat all streets West of Snelling and the Walkway to
the South of Falcon Woods #3 in an amount not to exceed $26,690.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Chestovich and upon a vote being taken, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Chestovich, Ciernia
and Hard, and the following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, the resolution was
