Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City
Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on July 25, 19811.
The following members were present: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers
Chestovich, Ciernia and Hard, and the following were absent: Councilme~mber
Baldwin.
Mayor Eggert introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:

A RESOLUTION APPkOVING THE FINAL PLAT FOH
RIDGE4rOOD ESTATES ZIDwNHOMES, 1881, 1885, 1893,
1897, 1899 w~sT LARPP:DTTEUR AVENtT~;
YuHEREA5, Grace W. Lai has submitted a final plat for Ridgewood
Estates Townhomes for the following tract of land:
East 80 feet of Lot 11~, Except the North 90 feet
thereof, Labalestra Park
and,
• WHEREAS, Grace W. Lai, is desirous of platting said tract of land
for the purpose of constructing five townhomes,
NOW, SORE, ~e City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota, hereby approves the final plat of Ridgewood Estates Townhomes
and authorizes the Mayor and Clerk Administrator to execute such plat.
The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ciernia and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Chestovich, Ciernia
and Hard, and the following voted against the same: None.
