CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
•
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Falcon Heights City Council was held on the 25th day of July, 1984.
The following members were present: Mayor Eggert, Council-
meanbers Chestovich, Ciernia and Hard, and the following were absents
Councilmeanber 3ladwin.
Councilmeanber Chestovich introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoptions
RESOLUTION 84-26
A RESOLUTION AWARDII~ HAYLS CON7~tACTORS, INC .
THE CONTKACT FOR THE LARPENTEUR AVENUE WATERMAIN
Il~ROVEMENT (FAIkVIEW AVENUE TO CLEVELAND AVENUE)
VHEREAS, the City Council of .the City of Falcon Heights determined
a need to ..increase the I;arpenteur Avenue Watermain (Fairview to Cleveland),
and
WHEREAS, the Council .ordered the improvement and called for bids,
and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder was Hayes Contractors, Inc.,
lOlO Currie Avenue North, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55403, in the amount of
$127,270.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota hereby awards the contract to Hayes Constructors, Inc. in the
amount of $127,270.00.
The motion for the foregoing resolution was du1,y seconded by
Councilmember Hard and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Chestovich, Ciernia and Hard, and
the following voted against the same: None,
WHEREUPON, said resolution was ~ec~Lared duly passed and adopted.
