CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of August,
~981~
The following me~nbera were present: Mayor Eggert, Councilme~mbers Hard,
Chestovich, Ciernia and Baldwin, and the following members were absents
None.
Councilmember Hard introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION 84-27
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST OF JANET
B, OTIS FOH A b'UBDIVISION OF HEK PROPERTY
WHEREAS, Janet B. Otis, 1757 Fairview, is the owner of certain real estate
located in the City of Falcon Heights in an R-1 zoning, and
WHEREAS, said owner has. requested subdivision of said real estate pursuant
to Ordinance No. 60 of said City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT NlSOLVED, that the following parcel be subdivided:
The South 9i~.76 feet of the North 1818.9l~ feet of the
East 490 feet of the Southwest quarter of Section 16,
Township 29 North, Range 23 west. Subject to New Brighton
Road and Lindig Street. Ramsey County, Minnesota.
and the western tract shall be as follows:
The South 9It.76 feet of the North 1818.94 feet of the
East l~90 feet of the Southwest quarter of Section 16,
Township 29 North, Range 23 West, except the East 290.?
feet thereof. Subject to Lindig Street. Kamsey County,.
Minnesota.
The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
Chestovich and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor
thereof : Mayor Eggert, Councilm~mbers, Hard,,, ChestovicY} , ~ Balc~fl-t "and C'ernia
the following voted against the same: Non ~
WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared ,"~X" ~ anadopted.
