the City of Falcon Heights, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held at 7:00 o'clock
• p.m.
The following members. of the Council were present: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers
Hard, Baldwin, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the following were absent: None.
Mayor Eggert introduced the following resolution and. moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 84-33
RESOLUTION ADOPTING. DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BY AND AMONG
THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS AND BULLSEYE GOLF CENTERS,
INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights has formed a development district known as
Development District No. 2 on July 11, 1984 and has created a tax increment financing
district within Development District No. 2 and has adopted a development program
and tax increment financing plan therefor under-the provisions of Minnesota Statutes,
Section 273.71 to 273.78 and Chapter 472 (collectively the "Act").
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights
authorizes the Mayor and Clerk Administrator of the City to enter into the
Development Agreement by and among the City of Falcon Heights and Bullseye Golf
Centers, Inc. dated September 19, 1984.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hard and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Hard, Baldwin, Chestovich and Ciernia, and
the following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
