EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA
HELD: OCTOBER 25, 1984
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special
meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
Ramsey County, Minnesota was duly held at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members of the Council were present:
bSayor Eggert, Councilmembers Hard,
Baldwin and Chestovich
and the following were absent:
Ciernia.
Member _Chestovich: introduced the following
• resolution and moved its adoption:.
RESOLUTION REGARDING PROPOSED STORTZ
WATER DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE
UNIVERSITY GROVE AREA.
WHEREAS:
The City Council adopted an ordinance establishing
a general policy relating to local improvements such as storm
water sewers and related special assessments in July 1984; and
WHEREAS:
The City Council acting pursuant to this policy wishes
to examine the feasibility of a storm water drain improvement
project in the University Grove section of the City; and
WHEREAS
The City received on October 25 a letter and report
from its engineer, Robert Schunicht, regarding the need for
and feasibility of the aforementioned storm water drain im-
provement project.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
The City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota will give notice and hold a hearing on December 12,
1984, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes § 429.031 to
further discuss whether to order the irciprovements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing
resolution was duly seconded by member Baldwin and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Hard,
Baldwin and Chestovich.
and the following voted agains the same:
none.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and
acting Clerk-Administrator of the City of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes with the original thereof on
file in my office, and that the same is a full, true and
complete transcript of the minutes of a meeting of the City
Council of said City, duly called and held on the date therein
indicated, insofar as such minutes relate to the formation of
• a development district in the City.
