EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA
Held: November 28, 1984
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heicthts,
Ramsey County, Minnesota was duly held at 7:00 o'clock p.m.
The following members of the Council were present:
Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Hard,
Baldwin, Chestovich and Ciernia
and the following were absent:
None
Mayor Eggert introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION REGARDING PROPOSED STORM
WATER DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE
UNIVERSITY GROVE AREA.
WHEREAS:
The City Engineer requires additional time to complete
an engineering study regarding the need for and feasibility of
a storm water drain improvement project in the University Grove
area; and
WHEREAS
A public hearing was earlier scheduled for December 14, 1984
to consider this matter but a short delay would not appear to have
adverse effects for the City or its residents.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
The City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota
will give notice and hold a hearing on February 13, 1985 in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.031 to further
discuss whether to order the improvements described herein; and
Resolution 84-40 which had called for said hearing on December
12, 1984 is hereby rescinded and superceded.
• The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by D~ember Hard and upon vote being taken thereon
the following voted in favor thereof:
P~[ayor Eggert, Councilmembers, Hard,
Baldwin, Chestovich and Ciernia.
and the following voted against the same:
None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.

acting Clerk-Administrator of the City of Falcon Heights,
D2innesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes with the original thereof on
file in my office, and that the same is a full, true and
complete transcript of the minutes of a meeting of the City
Council of said City, duly called and held on the date therein
• indicated, insofar as such minutes relate to the formation of
a development district in the City.
