• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 24th day of February,
1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the following were absent: None.
Councilmember Ca:erni'a introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoptions
RESOLUTION 82-11
A RESOLUTION APPROVING METES AND BOUNDS CONVEYANCE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of-the City of Falcon Heights
that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.358, Subd. 4 the City Council
hereby waives compliance with the subdivision regulations of the City to the
extent necessary to permit the filing or recording of-the deed of conveyance
attached hereto pertaining to the following described property:
The South 462 feet of the 21 acres East of the West 44 acres of the West
half of the Southwest quarter of Section 16, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey
County, Minnesota, except the East 123 feet of the South 268 feet thereof.
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Larson and
upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor thereofc Mayor
• Warkentien, Councilmembers Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and
the following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
