Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
• City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 24th day of February,
1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the following were absent: None.
Councilmember Larson introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 82-12
A RESOLUTION APPROVING METES AND BOUNDS CONVEYANCE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights
that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.358, Subd. 4 the City Council
hereby waives compliance with the subdivision regulations of the City to the
extent necessary to permit the filing or recording of the deed of conveyance
attached hereto pertaining to the following described property:
The South 522 feet of the West 60 feet of
the East 15 acres of the West 1/2 of the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 16, Township 29,
Range 23: subject to Larpenteur Avenue
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Warkentien
and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Warkentien, Councilmembers Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and
the following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
