• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 14th day of April,
1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the following were absent: Councilmember
Eggert.
Councilmember Larson introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 82-13
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF BERNWOOD
ADDITION N0. 1
WHEREAS, an application for approval of a preliminary plat entitled
"Bernwood Addition No. 1".has heretofore been referred to the Planning Commi-
ssion; and
WHEREAS, the Planning' Commission has submitted its recommendations
to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, an application for approval of a final plat for Bernwood
Addition No. l has been submitted to the City; and
• WHEREAS, upon notice duly published a combined public hearing was
held before the City Council on the preliminary plat and final plat for
Bernwood Addition No. l at which. time all persons interested therein were
given an opportunity to be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Falcon Heights that preliminary and final approval is hereby given the final
plat of Bernwood Addition No. 1, copies of which have been presented to the
City Council and are on file in the office of the Clerk-Administrator, and
the Mayor and Clerk-Administrator are authorized and directed to execute the
final plat and such other documents as may be necessary to certify final
approval thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the publication of notice of public
hearing and all procedures followed in applying for and processing the plat
herein approved are hereby validated.
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ciernia
and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor thereofc Mayor
Warkentien, Councilmembers Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the follow-
ing voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
