Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on-the 28th day of April,
1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the following were absent: None.
Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION 82-15
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ENGINEER TO PREPARE
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR WATER, SEWER AND
STREETS FOR RUGGLES AND PRIOR STREETS TN BERNWOOD
ADDITION ~~l
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has been
requested by American Shelter Corporation to construct streets, curb and
gutter, sewer and water in the Bernwood Addition ~~1 known as Ruggles Street
and Prior Avenue from Ruggles to Summer Street and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is willing to grant the request of
American Shelter Corporation,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Falcon Heights to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications
for the above request.
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Larson,
and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Warkentien, Councilmembers Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the
following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
