Purusant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of April,
1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the following were absent: None.
Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION 82-16
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE IMPROVEMENT OF PASCAL
AND ALBERT STREETS BETWEEN WEST HOYT AND LARPENTEUR
AVENUES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights held a
public hearing on improving streets in the Northome Area south of Larpenteur
Avenue to Hoyt Avenue and west of Snelling Drive east to Hamline Avenue, on
P~larch 9, 1982 and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that Albert and Pascal
Streets cannot be repaired in a minimum way and have, therefore, determined
that said streets shall have a major improvement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Falcon Heights that Albert and Pascal Streets be improved as proposed by the
City Engineer.
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Larson,
and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Warkentien, Councilmembers Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the
following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
