Purusant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 28th
of April, 1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the following were absent: None.
Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved-its
adoption:
RESOLUTION 82-17
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ENGINEER TO PREPARE
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF
PASCAL AND ALBERT STREETS BETWEEN WEST HOYT AND
LARPENTEUR AVENUES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has
determined the need for street improvements including curb and gutter, on
Albert and Pascal Streets between Hoyt and Larpenteur Avenues,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Falcon Heights to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications
for-the reconstruction of Albert and Pascal Streets, including curb and gutter,
between Larpenteur and Hoyt Avenues.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Eggert, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Eggert,
Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the following voted against the same:
None.
WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
