Purusant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular Meeting of the City
Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of
June, 1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the following were absent: None.
Councilmember Larson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 82-21
A RESOLUTION REMOVING TATUM STREET, LARPENTEUR TO
ROSELAWN, AS A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights
that the street hereinafter described should be revoked as a Municipal State
Aid street under the provisions of Minnesota Law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Falcon
Heights, that the roads designated'as_fQllows,to-wig;
MSA N0. STREET FROM
TO
102 Tatum Street Larpenteur Ave. Roselawn Ave.
be, and hereby are, revoked as Municipal State Aid streets of Falcon Heights,
subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of-the State of
Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and di-
rected to forward two (2) certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner
of Transportation for his consideration.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Mayor Warkentien and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich,
and the following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
