Puxsuanr to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
• City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on-the 23rd day of June,
1982.
The following memb ers were present: Mayor Warkentien, Council-
members Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the following were
absent: None.

Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved its
RESOLUTION 82-26
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE ENGINEER TO DRAW PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE GORTNER/LARPENTEUR/PRIOR
AVENUES TAX INCREMENT STORM SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council is proposing a storm sewer project in a
Tax Increment and Storm Sewer District and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have plans and specifications prepared
for consideration,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota that the City Engineer be directed to prepare plans and specifications
for the Gortner/Largenteur/Prior Avenues Tax Increment District Storm Sewer.
• The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council-
member Larson and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich,
and the following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
