Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 23rd day of June,
1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Council-
members Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the following were
absent: None.
Councilmember Larson introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 82-27
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR GOR7tNER, LARPENTEUR, PRIOR AVENUES TAX INCREMENT
STORM SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted the plans and specifications
for the Gortner/Larpenteur/Prior Avenues Tax Increment Storm Sewer Project, and
WHEREAS, minor changes are to be made for consideration,
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Falcon Heights is
desirous of installing storm sewer for the Tax Increment District afld:_hereb;-approves
the plans and specifications and after minor changes the City Council shall review
them at a Public hearing to be held at 7:30 p.m. July 6, 1982.
• The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council-
member Ciernia and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich and the
following voted against the same: None.
