Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of August,
1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Ciernia, Chestovich, Eggert and Larson, and the following were absent: None.
Councilmember Chestovich introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 82-32
A RESOLUTION TO INCLUDE STORM SEWER
CONSTRUCTION WITH ALBERT STREET IP1-
PROVEMENT FROM LARPENTEUR AVE. TO
HOYT AVE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has ordered
the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the improvement of
Albert Street-from West Larpenteur Ave. to Hoyt Ave.; and
WHEREAS, Albert street has been designated as a Municipal State Aid
Street; and
WHEREAS, it is prudent to include storm sewer in the Albert Street
improvement,
• NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights hereby
directs the City Engineer to include storm sewer placement in the .preparation
of plans and specifications for the Albert Street improvement.
The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor
Warkentien, and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Ciernia, Chestovich, Eggert and Larson, and
the following voted against the same:- None.
WHEREUPON,. said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
