HomeMy WebLinkAboutCCRes_82-52CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof; a Special Meeting of the City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on November 23, 1982. • The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Council- members Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Ciernia introduced-the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION 82-52 A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR FEES TO BE CHARGED RELATIVE TO ZONING AND PLATTING IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE X6191 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has. adopted Ordinance X6191 relating to the administration of the Falcon Heights. zoning and platting ordinances; providing for fees to be charged in connection there- with, and WEHREAS, the City Council has determined the fees as follows: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights to set fees as follows, not withstanding other stipulations to the contraray: REZONING $ 75.00 • VARIANCES 20.00 CONDITIONAL USE 20.00 SUBDIVIDING 50.00 PLATTING 150.00 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 200.00 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that each applicant, petitioner, or other person shall also pay all legal, engineering, planning and similar out-of- pocket costs incurred by the City in connection with the respective matter. The Zoning Administrator with the approval of the Council may require each applicant, petitioner or other person to deposit with the City, in escrow, a cash amount based on an estimate by the Zoning Administrator of such fees and costs. The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Larson and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor thereofs Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Eggert, Larson; Ciernia and Chestovich, and the following voted against the same: None.
