Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Meeting of
the Falcon Heights City Council was held December 15, 1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Council-
members Chestovich, Eggert and Ciernia, and the following were absent:
Councilmember Larson.
Councilmember Eggert introduced-the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 82-54
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT OF $2,160.65
TO BLACKTOP SERVICE FOR THE 1982 SEALCOATING
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights has entered into a contract
with Blacktop Service, Inc., 1200 W. Highway 13, Burnsville, MN, for the
1982 sealcoating, and
WHEREAS, the contracted work has been completed, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the work and determined
it to be satisfactory,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
• of Falcon Heights does hereby authorize final payment of $2,160.65 to
Blacktop Service, Inc.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Ciernia and upon a vote being taken the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Chestovich, Eggert,
and Ciernia, and the following voted against the same. None.
WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
