Pursuant to due call and notice .thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of
• January, 1983.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers.
Larson, Ciernia, Chestovich and Eggert and the following were absent:
None.
Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 83-3
A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE SAFETY DEPOSIT
BOX AT THE NORTH STAR STATE BANK
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights leases a safety deposit box at
the North Star State Bank, 1820 North Lexington, Roseville,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Falcon Heights, that the continued leasing of a safety box in the Safe
Deposit Vaults of the North Star State Bank, Roseville, Minnesota, be
authorized and confirmed for the calendar year 1983, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that authority to have access to said safety
deposit box until the first day of January, 1984, and to remove any part
or all of the contents, is hereby given to the following:
• Willis C. A. Warkentien, Mayor, City of Falcon Heights
Sandra G. Larson, Acting Mayor, City of Falcon Heights
Dewan B. Barnes, Clerk Administrator, Treasurer, City
of Falcon Heights
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Chestovich and upon a vote being taken thereon, the follow-
ing voted in favor thereof: IC'layor Warkentien, Councilmembers Larson, Ciernia,
Chestovich. and Eggert and the following voted against the same:
None.
WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
