Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Meeting of the
City Council of the City of Falcon Heights was duly called and held at the
City Hall in said City on the 5th day of January, 1983.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Larson, Ciernia, Chestovich and Eggert, and the following were absent: None.
Councilmember Eggert introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 83-4
A RESOLUTION SETTING A UNIFORM FEE SCHEDULE
ON AMBULANCE SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council is interested in having all fees-for
ambulance services uniform and,
WHEREAS, said base fee shall be set at $80.00 and further utilized
services shall be billed as to use,-
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Falcon Heights
Minnesota that the base fee for ambulance services shall be set at $80.00 and
all other services utilized shall be charged as per schedule on file with the
Clerk Administrator.
• The motion for the adoption of-the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Larson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien ,Councilmembers Larson,
Ciernia, Chestovich and Eggert, and the following voted against the same:
None.
WHEREUPON, said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
