Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Meeting of the
Falcon Heights City Council was held January 5, 183.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Council-
members Larson, Chestovich, Eggert and Ciernia, and the following were
absent: None.
Councilmember Larson introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 83-5
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT OF
$22,313.81 TO AUSTIN P. KELLER CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY
SEWER, STREETS, AND CURB AND GUTTER ON PRIOR
AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights has entered into a contract
with Austin P. Keller Construction Company, 481 Front Avenue, St. Paul,
MN for the construction of Prior Avenue including all utilities, and
WHEREAS, the contracted-work has been completed, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the raork and determined
it to be satisfactory,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Falcon Heights. does hereby authorize final payment of $22,313.81 to
Austin P. Keller Construction Company.
The Motion for the adoption of the foregdng resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Ciernia, and upon a vote being taken the follow-
ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilembers Chestovich,
Eggert, Larson and Ciernia, and the following voted against the same:
None.
WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared-duly passed and adopted.
