Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day
of May, 1983.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Chestovich, Eggert, Larson and Ciernia, and the following were absent: None.

Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved its
RESOLUTION 83-14
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS
RELATED TO FALCON WOODS N0. 3 ADDITION INCLUDING
TRUNK LINE SANITARY SEWER AND WATER EXTENSION TO
SAID ADDITION
T,IHEREAS, the City Council has had a request from Good Value Homes,
the developer of Falcon Woods No. 3 Addition, to construct streets, curb and
gutter, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and holding ponds, including the
extension of storm sewer, water, and sanitary sewer from Prior Avenue on-the
south, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that said improvements are
feasible through assessing portions of the project and financing portions
• through Tax Increment Financing,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Falcon Heights
to direct the Engineer to prepare plans: and specifications for said improvements.
The motion for-the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council-
member Eggert and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers. Chestovich, Eggert, Larson, and Ciernia,
and the following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, said resolution-was duly passed and adopted.
