Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Falcon Heights City Council was held on the 22nd day of June, 1983..
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Council-
members Ciernia, Chestovich, Eggert and Larson, and the following were
absent: None.
Mayer Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION
83-19
A RESOLUTION AWARDING AUSTIN P. KELLER
CONSTRUCTION THE CONTRACT FOR UTILITIES
AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN FALCON WOODS
NO 3 AND ADJACANT PARCELS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights held a
public hearing to consider the utilities and street improvements in Falcon
Woods No. 3 and adjacant parcels, and
WHEREAS, the Council ordered the improvement and called for bids,
and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder was Austin P. Keller
Construction, 481 Front Ave., St. Paul, MN 55117, in the amount of
$364,464.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Citv of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota, hereby awards the contract to Austin P. Keller Construction in
the amount of $364,464.00 which includes utilities and street improvements
in Falcon Woods No. 3 and adjacant parcels.
The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Chestovich and upon a vote being taken the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Ciernia, Chestovich,
Eggert and Larson, and the following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and a pted.
