HomeMy WebLinkAboutCCRes_83-20CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of . the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on the 22nd day of June, 1983 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Council- members Ciernia, Chestovch, Eggert and Larson, and the following were absent:. None. Councilmember Eggert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 83-20 A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COMMISSIONER OF HIGHWAYS TO AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF A PORTION OF BOND SALE IN THE AMOUNT OF $75,000 PRINCIPAL PLUS INTEREST FROM THE REGULAR CONSTRUCTION FUND FOR ALBERT STREET IN THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights has issued and sold bonds, dated October 5, 1982, in the amount of $75,000 exclusively for the purpose of establishing, locating, relocating, constructing, reconstructing or improving its State-Aid Highways in accordance with Law. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of Highways be and is hereby requested upon receipt of this resolution to annually certify to • the State Auditor the sum of money required for the principal and interest on said bonds, as evidenced by detailed reports of the annual expenditures.
