• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular Meeting of the
Falcon Heights City Council was held July 13, 1983.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Council-
members Larson and Chestovich, and the following were absent: Council-
members Eggert and Ciernia.
Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 83-21
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT OF
$15,242.84 TO ASHBACH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
FOR THE ALBERT/PASCAL STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights has entered into a contract
with Ashbach Construction Company, P.0.3738, St. Paul, MN for the Albert/
Pascal improvements, and
WHEREAS, the contracted work has been completed, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the work and determined
it to be satisfactory,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Falcon Heights does hereby authorize final payment of $15,242.84 to
Ashbach Construction Company
The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Larson., and upon a vote being taken the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Chestovich and
Larson, and the following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
