R E S O L U T I O N
83-22
FOR LAYOUT APPROVAL
At a meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
held on the 13th day of July _, 1983, the following Resolution was offered
by Mayor Warkentien
seconded by Councilmember Larson ,
to wit:
WHEREAS the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has
prepared a preliminary layout for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway
Number 15 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 999 within the corporate limits of the
City of Falcon Heights, from the So. Corp. limits to Commonwealth Avenue; and
seeks the approval thereof, and
WHEREAS said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of the Department
of Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as
Layout No. 2 S.P. 2700-20 (999=14) and S.P. 6200-15 (999=15) from Mississippi
River to Snelling Avenue.
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary layouts for the improvement
of said Trunk Highway with the corporate limits be and hereby are approved.
Upon the call of the roll the following Council Members voted in favor of
the Resolution Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Larson and Ghestovich
The following Council members voted against its adoption: None
whereupon the Mayor and/or the presiding officer declared the Resolution adopted.
