Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 27th
day of July, 1983.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Larson, Ciernia, Chestovich and Eggert, and the following were absent: None.
Councilmember E~gar~, introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 83-25
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO
REAPPORTION THE ASSESSMENTS ON THE HEWLETT
PACKARD TRACT
WHEREAS, Hewlett Packard has subdivided their property in the City
of Falcon Heights, and
WHEREAS, said property has special assessments against it, and
WHEREAS, said property has special assessments against it, and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor is requesting that said assessments. be
reapportioned to such property, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk-Administrator of the City of Falcon Heights has
• reapportioned them accordingly as shown on the attached Exhibit A,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City Council of
Falcon Heights requests the County Auditor to enter upon the assessment rolls
as shown on the attached Exhibit A as reapportionment of the current assess-
ments on the Hewlett Packard tracts as set forth by the Clerk-Administrator.
The motion for the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ciernia and upon a vote being taken the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Larson, Ciernia, Chestovich.
and Eggert, and the following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, the Resolution was. declared duly passed and adopted.
