Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on July 27,
1983.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Council-
members Larson, Ciernia, Chestovich. and Eggert, and the following were absent:
None.

Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved its
RESOLUTION 83-26
A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE PRECINCT POLLIPdG
PLACE FOR PRECINCT 4 OF THE CITY OF FALCON
HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, the City Council has the power pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes Chapter 204B.16 to designate the polling place for each precinct
within a municipality, and
WHEREAS, the polling place for Precinct No. 4 has been designated
at 1250 Fifield (Commonwealth Terrace Cooperative) in the City of Falcon
Heights, and
WHEREAS, Precinct 4 is in need of more space and parking facilities
said Precinct 4 shall have a polling place located at 2077 W. Larpenteur
• (Falcon Heights City Hall).
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of-the City of Falcon Heights
hereby changes the polling place for Precinct No. 4 of the City of Falcon
Heeghts from 1250 Fifield to 2077 W. Larpenteur Ave. (Falcon Heights City
Hall).
The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Chestovich and upon a vote being taken the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Larson, Ciernia,
Chestovich and Eggert and the following voted against the same: None.
