Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on
the 31st day of August, 1983.
The following were present: Acting Mayor Larson, Council-
members Chestovich and Ciern.ia , and the following were absent:
Mayor Warkentien and Councilmember Eggert.
Councilmember Chestovich introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 83-30
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING INCREASED PLUMBING
FEES FOR THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has
reviewed the current plumbing permit fees, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the present fees are
cumbersome and not feasible at this time,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Falcon Heights to set the fees as listed below:
Basic Charge $10.00
Per Fixture 7.00
The motion for the fore~gos~g resolution was duly seconded by
Acting Mayor Larson and upon a vote being taken the following voted
in favor thereoft Acting Mayor Larson, Councilmembers Ciernia and Chestovich, and
the following voted agains the same: None.
WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
